Always enter your business email address when registering. Some email addresses, for example Gmail and Hotmail addresses, will not be accepted. All correspondence will be sent to your business email address only.
To ensure that you maximise the benefit of any one-to-one meetings, we will share your response to the question "Which questions would you like answering during this conference" with your potential meeting partner.
Your first name, prefix to surname, surname, gender, title (e.g. Mr, Ms, Dr), designation, position and company will be made available in a List of Participants to all business partners who were involved in the conference. Your email address will only be given after the conference to the business partners with whom you had planned a one-to-one meeting.
For the programme component ‘one-to-one meetings between participants’ we will share your first name, surname, position, company, the link to your LinkedIn profile page (if available) and your response to the question “Which questions would you like answering at this conference” with other participants.
When scheduling the one-to-one meetings with business partners, a colleague can be included in the meeting. To make this possible, we will display your first name, prefix to surname, surname and company in a search result for other participants.
We may scan your badge to check which keynote or break-out sessions you attended in order to register your attendance. We will only share this information with the business partner of the session in which you participated.
You may also receive text messages just before the conference containing practical information about the conference, such as how to reach the location. Upon registration you will receive a welcome text message with a link to your personal programme. You can also receive text messages relating to the conference on the day of the conference itself regarding your personal programme, if you don’t want to receive these messages, you can change your preferences in the EventManager after receiving the welcome text.
Finally, by participating in this conference, you agree to the fact that Heliview Conferences & Training B.V. may share your email address with third parties, such as Google, Bing or social media parties, such as Facebook and LinkedIn for advertising purposes. These third parties will anonymise your email address before it is used. This will only be done for similar future conferences and similarly themed training events. These third parties will then only retain the data for up to 90 days.

Participation in this conference costs € 645.00 (excluding VAT). Under certain conditions, senior professionals who work at end-user organisations may participate free of charge. Free participation is governed by the following conditions:
A free lunch will be served during the conference. Where applicable, parking is at your own expense.
A fee is payable for participation by employees of suppliers, consultancy firms, PR/advertising agencies and recruitment and selection agencies, or independent consultants who work in areas associated with the theme of the conference and/or related areas; the cost for participation is € 645.00 (excluding VAT) per person. This amount includes documentation, refreshments and lunch. After we have received your registration, we will send an invoice to you. The participation fee is payable within 14 days and must always have been paid before the conference commences.
Only members of the press (journalists) from media relevant to Heliview or the conference may participate in this conference free of charge. When, as a member of the press, you are eligible for free participation in this conference, you are precluded from participation in the one-to-one meetings with our business partners.
If you fulfil the foregoing conditions, you may only participate in this conference free of charge if you pre-register. On the actual day of the conference, you are only able to register as a paying participant. The costs will then amount to € 645.00 (excluding VAT).
As soon as you register for the conference, as the organiser, we will incur direct costs for your participation in the conference. For that reason, we apply the following cancellation conditions:
Up to 14 days prior to the conference, cancellation is free of charge. If you cancel within 14 days prior to the conference or if you do not attend on the actual day of the conference, we will charge a small fee of € 99.00 (excluding VAT) for the costs incurred. Substitution by a colleague is permitted, provided this colleague is in an equivalent position. This condition does not apply to members of the press.
Up to 14 days prior to the conference, cancellation is free of charge. You will then receive a credit invoice for the amount of € 645.00, i.e. the amount that we invoiced. If you cancel within 14 days prior to the conference or if you do not attend on the actual day of the conference (no-show), we will charge a fee of € 99.00 as compensation for the costs that we incurred. You will then receive a credit invoice. Substitution by a colleague is always permitted. All of the foregoing amounts exclude VAT.

Once your application to attend this conference has been approved, we will send the admission ticket to you, along with the directions. If you register a few days prior to the conference, you will receive your admission ticket and directions by email no later than one day prior to this conference.
Heliview Conference & Training B.V. reserves the right to make changes at any time to the conditions for participation.
